Terms & Conditions – Delivery
1. Ordering Section
1.a We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
1.b. As we despatch our goods via a third party courier, the courier will not deliver the good to anyone who appears to be under the age of 18. If you appear to be under 21, a proof of identity may be required.
1.c We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange a replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
1.d The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
1.e We reserve the right not to accept any order.
1.f Our minimum purchase is 6 bottles of wines and spirits, any mix multiples of 6 bottles can be added.
2.a For our deliveries we use UPS, an independent courier. The delivery is normally within 3 working days Monday to Friday for orders placed by 1pm.
2.b Orders made on Friday by 1pm will be delivered from the following Tuesday.
2.c For Saturday deliveries a surcharge will apply. Please contact us to arrange.
2.d As we use an independent couriers for deliveries outside the UK please contact us.
3.a We cannot offer a refund if simply you do not like the wine, only if it is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3.b We will provide a full refund for any wines that are faulty
3.c You should inform us of a Faulty wines within 14 days from the purchase date.
3.d You are required to return of a Faulty wine in within 7days from reporting the fault to us. However you are responsible for the cost of arranging a return to our address.
3.e If goods are not returned to us within the time specified in section 4d we will not be able to issue any refund.
3.f We can only refund faulty wine, if return to us in the original bottles, with original labels and cork, and with no less than 2/3 of content still in the bottle.
4. Cancellation policy
4.a You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, you will be refunded the value of your goods purchased. However delivery charges are not refundable.
4.b Goods must be return unopened and in merchantable condition to our address at your own expense no later than7 working days from your cancellation.
4.c We retain the right not to refund goods returned to us later than 7 working days from cancellation.

We will try to sort out any complaint within 48 hours of receiving them.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English & Welsh courts.
